A manuscript from the 1990s, edited and reproduced for you here

Way back in the mid 1990s, I did a lot of dream work, recording and analysing my dreams. This manuscript was based on a dream fragment, the only thing I could remember from this particular dream. It became a puzzle to be solved – what story to build around that, how to develop the story to that point. It spoke of maybe a long, somewhat reluctant courtship, soo what would that look like? And once that was done, what is the building crisis, what is the actual crisis and the denoument?

I’ll publish it here weekly, chapter by chapter.

This was originally written in longhand, then typed into a computer; a computer that had 5.25″ and 3.5″ disc drives, and is now long defunct. Fortunately, I printed it once I had keyed it in. That is what I am retyping, a chapter at a time, editing on the fly.
